A management consultant and technical writer for Kingsley Management Limited, Rodney is married to Marcia - a published novelist - and has a stepson, Charles, who is a Law student. The Right Way to Start Your Own Business is based on lectures which the author gave on a management course for people coming out of the the armed forces. So many of those who attended asked for a copy of his notes that the natural step was to produce them in book form. Rodney is also a regular contributor to Yachts and Yachting as well as being involved in the editing of a number of local publications - he was also once an interviewer and presenter on Radio Devon, UK.
